This 90-minute session combines elements of Tai Chi, Yoga, Dynamic Stretching, and Body Tapping. These movements energize the body by increasing blood circulation and activating the lymphatic system. Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and water. This is an intermediate level class. Participants must be able to get up and down from the ground without assistance. We recommend bringing along a towel or bolster. The group will meet at the entrance to the Tetrault Building at 9:30am. Donation is suggested.
