Join us for Flexpress with Sarah Jumper every Tuesday from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM and Thursday from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM at The Perla Building! Cost is $5 per class.
Flexpress incorporates stretching, dancing, jumping, squatting, balance training & so much more - all set to feel good music, this class will have you completely forget you are working out!
While this class is designed to challenge you, you are invited to go at your own pace. You will never be judged, only encouraged to face your weaknesses with the support of your instructor and classmates in order to gain strength in all areas!
Though elements of yoga remain, this is not a yoga class. The chants, chakras, Sanskrit, and other Hindu practices will not be present, making this a safe alternative for people of all religious backgrounds.
