Humbled and excited to offer a new, relevant class to my schedule - Intro to Meditation! Tuesday nights, 8:30pm at @inharmonyoga in Milford (also available for Zoomers, so you can join us from anywhere!) Intro to Meditation is designed for anyone new to this practice, those with minimal experience, or folks who just want a quiet space to sit in community. I’ve had so many yoga students ask me about meditation, expressing fear or intimidation about how to start. This class has been designed for you! Each month we will explore a different style of meditation, and each week you will be supported and encouraged to stay curious, ask questions, and simply check it out! I am confident you will find some form of this ancient, beneficial practice that works for you.
