Exploring the Yogic Path

-WEEK SERIES: Saturdays this Fall @ 10-11:30AM
The unfortunate truth is that the current "market" of yoga classes—while perhaps well-intentioned—often misperceives the profound benefits of yoga. In the West, the overwhelming emphasis on yoga postures has led us to associate yoga primarily with physical exercise, distorting its systematic approach to holistic wellness. This modern lens misses the depth of what yoga truly is, and has created a significant gap in understanding—both in how the practices are done and why they were developed in the first place.
Join us in exploring the Yogic Path to cultivate an understanding of how yoga was originally formulated as a path for inner transformation, rooted in ethics, breath, meditation, and self-inquiry—rather than just a series of physical postures. Yoga + Wellness Therapist, Heather Sky, will help you understand why yoga is meant to be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, and how it holds the power to transform the way we live from the inside out.
