Why not start 2025 with a fresh new you and try a fun and effective but not too serious class that is guaranteed to make you FEEEL GOOOD!! Just turn up to ZUMBA in the big church hall on the high street, Neilston!! EVERYONE is welcome 18-111. You don't need to be a dancer or an athlete! What is ZUMBA? It's a fun dance fitness class where we put on music from round the world and you can follow along with simple fun sassy moves!! It is a friendly bunch of people (also a great way to meet new people!) and no one will ever put you on the spot. Don't worry if you've never tried something like this. You can take it at your own pace. All you have to do is turn up, bring some water and wear anything you can move around in!! SEE YOU THERE!! class is only £4 (bargain!!)
