Life Is Better At The Beach

Join us in setting intentional time aside for spititual renewal and reflection. We will focus on holistic well-being and connecting with God. We will be doing some chair yoga (wear comfy clothes) and Barbara Wood will lead us in a painting party! Snacks & beverages will be served and all paint supplies provided.
