Short on the Stort

Our Short on the Stort paddle is a paddle which starts from Kecksys farm marina where we collect boats, then paddle from one of the nearby locks, depending on distance and time available to paddlers, we can start at Spell brook lock or Pig lane for a shorter distance meeting others as you go past each put in point.
Paddlers then head up to the Port Jackson public house in Bishops Stortford - with a plan to arrive for a late breakfast ( just before 12 -its £2.99) then return to your chosen finish point.
