Every Friday, I offer in-person, one-to-one breathwork sessions for both adults and children.

In these calming and personalised sessions, you will:

🧘‍♀️ Experience guided practices to support deep relaxation and nervous system balance

Whether you're looking to ease anxiety, improve sleep, enhance focus, or simply feel more present and grounded — breathwork can support you.

Available slots (from 30 minute Taster Sessions to 90 minute full consultation). 10am - 3pm.
