This class changes seasonaly. we do more energising Flows in Summer and softer, slower flows in Winter.

Instructions
Wear suitable clothes for exercising and bring a mat, blanket and water with you. If you have blocks, feel free to bring them with you too!

If you cannot make it, please cancel your space as soon as possible so that others may join.
