Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath with Luke

Join a relaxing class dedicated to finding a moment of calm and peace. Luke will guide you through a very gentle yoga practice. This will be a floor based practice similar to the warm-ups that Luke teaches in his regular classes. Following this, Luke will spend 30 minutes guiding you through a sound healing mediation practice using crystal singing bowls. This is a beautiful hour of mind, body and spirit connection.

Classes are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby.
