Lavethan Manor | Open Gardens 2025

A historic Cornish manor house, partly dating to the 15th century, set around a charming courtyard and overlooking a tranquil wooded valley leading to the River Camel. Surrounded by ancient oaks featured in Tacita Dean’s work, the grounds include formal gardens, a sheltered walled garden, and a Victorian-era dell garden under restoration. Meadows bloom with snowdrops and bluebells, and paddocks slope to the river with views of the house and a historic hydro-electric leat.
