Rockpooling (age guide 3 years and over)

Rockpooling is great fun for all the family, come along and enjoy some time together exploring the rockpools. You will have use of a rockpooling guide during the session to help you identify what you find, plus we provide jugs and trays for taking a closer look at your finds.
We meet on the beach opposite The Zetland Lifeboat museum - do not wait at the museaum, this is just used as a guide as to whereabouts on the beach we meet.
Ticket prices are based on the number of people in the family, families will share a set of resources with the option to book a ticket for an additional set if you wish.
Children of any age can attend but we find very young children don't get as much from the session, however we do provide scavenger hunts, equipment for digging and mixing, and pebble painting in addition to rockpooling for those who want to do something else.
