Join me this summer for a magical series of outdoor rest circles beneath the trees in beautiful Gadley Woods, Buxton 🌳💤

🌀 What to expect

Deep rest with Yoga Nidra(yogic sleep)
Gentle intuitive movement
Nature-based rituals & seasonal reflections
Paddling in the stream and connecting with the land
Time to sip from your flask and share in quiet community

💫 It’s a space to slow down, come back to your body, and reconnect with the sacred in nature – and within yourself.
You don’t need to be a ‘yoga person’ or know anything about goddesses – just come as you are.

All genders are welcome, and you’re invited to join in however feels comfortable to you.

✨ Choose a block for deeper transformation as we journey the Celtic Wheel of the Year together, or drop in when you need a reset.
