Bring a mat and any comfortable items you choose, and be immersed in the vibrations emitted by Himalayan and Crystal Bowls and gongs.
Tonight’s theme is Roots.
Where do they grow and where are they taking you?
Roots can symbolize your origins, values or how and where you feel safe and stable.
We will start with a grounding meditation, followed by 45 minute sound bath.
The evening’s sound bath will feature instruments and specific notes aligned to the root chakra and feeling grounded.
Afterwards you will have time to create- this could be writing, drawing, or painting- whatever you feel inspired to capture your roots or to further release anything that no longer serves you.
There is no good or bad- there's just creating and releasing. Please note I am not an art therapist and am not qualified to instruct or analyze what you create; I am simply providing you a safe place to express yourself and use the relaxed post sound bath state of your mind and body to express yourself.
These instruments can help reorganize the water molecules within our bodies, promoting cellular coherence, reducing stress, and encouraging the body's natural self-healing processes.
