This class integrates movement (asana), breath work (pranayama), and guided meditation, working in sync with the cycles of the moon, the earth and the stars to cultivate balance, to leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Suitable for all abilities I structure the class with lots of variations, providing blocks and props to enable you to challenge yourself safely and with a smile on your face!
