MRC Monday routes for 23rd June TBC. It is likely to be warm so please remember to bring a drink.😁
We have our 2, 3, 4 and 5 mile routes (where you can walk, run or do a bit of each), and our 10k groups (chatty or charging).
You are very welcome to join our friendly running community with no fees and no commitment. If you have any underlying health conditions that may affect your ability to jog or run then please consult your doctor before attending.
