Pilates is a full body workout with a focus on core strength, stability, mobility, coordination & body awareness. We also focus on breath control, moving intentionally with your breathing.
This class is suitable for all levels, you will flow through slow and controlled moves to;
Help improve your posture and reduce back pain by building vital core strength.
Move with focus and clear your mind to create a mind body connection.
Improve your stability & mobility and reduce the likelihood of injuries.
Build a strong core and powerful body.
We will practice a 50 minute Pilates class on the sand with a view of the sea & the waves as our soundtrack.
Everyone is welcome. Adjustments will be offered if needed.
