Contact Improvisation in Frome

These group sessions will deepen our practice of body listening and authentic movement. We will engage with curiosity, joy, playfulness, and openness as we respond to each other’s momentum and interpretation.

This co-facilitated space, curated by Rebecca Brewin and Esther Dickinson, will offer thematic lead-ins exploring somatic touch, balance, weight-baring, flow and presence.

In the words of a dear friend: "I go to CI to enquire into the balance between: resilience and fragility, safety and risk, living and dying, clarity and confusion, knowing and the mystery, light and dark, the felt sense and the prescribed, control and letting go, me and you, you and me, here and there, now and then, endings and beginnings."
