Chair Yoga

I love being able to teach chair yoga over the last few years. Being able to still do yoga whilst lowering the impact on your joints and not having to get up and down from the floor. Still very much doing nearly all the yoga poses some seated and some using the chair as an aid, it really is a great class.
Chair yoga could help ease chronic pain from injury or arthritis, increase range of movement, strengthen muscles, lowers blood pressure and much more.
This class is for anyone over 18 to senior and for all abilities even if you haven’t done yoga before.
All classes end with a short guided meditation either visualisation, body scan, breathwork or sound therapy.

Sessions are every Monday 6.15pm
And every Friday 1pm
Leverington village hall
