Swift Walk 3 - Gaping Lane

To celebrate Swift Awareness Week we are holding a series of Swift walks. The 3rd walk will be around Gaping Lane. There have been swifts recorded around gaping lane for 100's of years, so come along and see them. There are swifts in natural nests, nest boxes and swift bricks in the area so we should see screaming parties around the rooftops, and hopefully swifts going in and out of different types of nests. It’s a great time to watch swifts so come along and join us, no booking required.
Starting at 8pm on Saturday 5 July 2025
Meeting point: Corner of Bedford St and Gaping Lane SG5 2JE (parking is limited but can often be found at the top of Gaping lane)
