Come a join our open and welcoming Aikido Club at Rhostyllen Parish Hall. We practice the Ki principles developed by Tohei Sensei and are directly affiliated with Japan HQ.
If you are interested in devloping calmness in daily life and also finding a gentle but effective way of learning self defence and weapons techniques, then Ki Aikido could be for you. First session is free so come along and give it a go.
Currently adults only 14+, but we hope to restart children’s class very soon 7+.
