Pilates Class - Mindful Movement and Bone Health

We take time to focus on ‘Pilates ABC’ (alignment, breathing and centring) to achieve the right technique in these mat classes. We also work on maintaining and building up bone density and body balance. This will aid desirable changes in your body and help with everyday functional movements. The class is suitable for absolute beginners, for those whose bodies need certain adjustments and/or bone health considerations (in particular, osteoporosis), or for those who crave something a little more relaxed and nourishing. We use lots of props like spikey balls, overballs, weights and resistance bands to make exercises more varied, fun and beneficial.
