Pilates - Build Your Strength

This course is designed to introduce you to a Pilates class which focusses on strengthening all of your body. We will work on improving your balance, mobilising your joints, resistance training and learning how to control your body to make your movements more effective and efficient. We will also learn good posture and technique and how to form good habits when moving. Optional challenges are offered during class to encourage you to progress your abilities and build on your strength.
These classes are suitable for those with good body awareness or previous experience with Pilates, dance or Yoga, however beginners are welcome.
Each session is 55 minutes. Cost £45 for 5 weeks.
