Join us bright and early every Saturday and get the weekend off to a fantastic start with my full body fitness class. These classes are run in an interval style with blocks of work designed to ensure you get a full body workout in just 45 minutes.

These classes are designed to ensure that no matter your fitness level or experience, you can safely take part and work to your own limits.
