These Pilates Classes will challenge you to increase your core strength and improve your flexibility whilst staying safe and injury free.

Where applicable, an exercise will be taught with options as to the degree of difficulty and we will use various pieces of small equipment, such as Swiss Balls, hand weights, leg weights and Thera Bands, to challenge the body and keep the sessions varied and interesting.

Pilates is not a stop gap between injuries, it is what holds everything together and assists with every aspect of movement in life.
