This series is designed for individuals with little to no experience in yoga who are eager to learn and experience the fantastic benefits of a yoga practice. Each class is structured around a specific curriculum, gradually guiding students toward a deeper understanding of yoga. The classes are smaller, so students receive the attention necessary to grow in their practice, feeling confident to move on to the regular, seasoned beginner classes or Yoga for Beginners Level-II groups when the series is complete.
