Looking to stay strong, steady, and feeling like yourself β no matter the number on your birthday cake? These fun, friendly classes are here to help you move with confidence, boost your balance, and keep doing the things you love (with fewer creaks and wobbles along the way).
Hosted at the Clarendon Royal Community, our sessions are all about building strength, improving mobility, and staying independent β with plenty of laughs and a warm cuppa at the end. Youβll learn useful tips for staying on your feet, recovering after a fall, and keeping your body moving at your pace.
No gym gear, no pressure β just gentle, guided exercises led by our brilliant instructor Sue, whoβll show you how to build strength from a chair using resistance bands and easy balance techniques.
