There will be reservation placards posted under his name. Arrive on the 26, early afternoon and set up camp or any day you are available to come help. Everyone is on their own for meals. On the 27-29 be RTR 9:00 am from Loop β€œD” in Wilderness Gateway Campground. Ride Boulder Creek Trail (4.1 mile) and clear the Section of Rock Creek (0.6 mile) to Stanley Hot Springs. We will be in the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness, so no power tools will be allowed. We will have a couple crosscut saws, Polaski’s, loppers, PPE, and hand saws. There will be some tread work required in a few places as well as trees to log out and brush. This trail is very popular with hikers and campers and as a good service project, we would like to make it better for all users. If we get done with the work early, there are several good rides real close.
Directions: From roundabout at bottom of 21 St in Lewiston ID, follow Hwy 12 east for 2 hr 26 min (122 miles). Look for entrance on the right to Wilderness Gateway Campground Loop β€œD”. The road is paved the entire drive to the campground.
