Roving vans will be visiting across Worcester shire to provide local healthcare services to patients closer to home - including:
• NHS Health Checks: Free health checks for patients aged 40 to 74 who
have not had a stroke, or do not already have a pre-existing health condition. • GP Registration: Assistance with registering with a local GP to make sure you have access to healthcare when you need it.

◦ Cardiovascular Disease and Lipid Prevention Testing: Checks to help you prevent heart disease and manage your cholesterol levels.
• Cancer Screening Advice: Information on which cancer screening you're eligible for, and when you should expect to receive it.
• Sexual Health Services: Support and advice on maintaining good sexual health.
◦ Digital Support: Assistance with digital services to ensure you can access important information and services online.
