6 week Fitness Pilates course

My next project for a Tuesday evening from the 8th July is a Fitness Pilates Course, suitable from the start for beginners. The sessions will develop each week, you will learn the basics and practice them weekly, allowing you to take your practice further such as at home in the future or feel confident enough to take part in weekly sessions. The course will be at Dorrington Village Hall which is such a brilliant space to learn from, it’s so open and bright (when it’s not raining!!) you can really enjoy the space whilst learning. The sessions will follow a structure moving from one position to the next so that the session flows but participants can have an open communication throughout each class to ask about certain movements or techniques. I’m really looking forward to this, I hope it is super beneficial for lots of people.
