An adaptive cycle, also known as an adapted bicycle or adaptive bike, is a specialised bicycle designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities or other conditions that make it difficult to ride a traditional bicycle.

Join us on the Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) at The Hub to explore the world of specialist and adaptive bikes – for free!

You can come along mid-week during your lunch break or bring the whole family to the Sunday slot which coincides with the l’AZy Bike Ride.

What to expect:
- Test a variety of adaptive bikes
- Get expert advice from the Bikeworks team
- Learn about the medical and therapeutic benefits of adaptive cycling
- Explore how these cycles can support rehabilitation, mobility, and workplace wellness initiatives
- Everyone is welcome – families, individuals, all ages and abilities!
