ASHTANGA YOGA was founded by Pattabhi Jois and is not for the faint hearted. There are six levels of Ashtanga Yoga. Once you have mastered the first one then you can move on to the second one and so on...
Expect energy and vigour as Ashtanga Yoga is known as a challenging Yoga. Expect sun salutations, vinyasas, warriors, forward folds, balances, seated and lying postures and some arm balances amongst many other things.

We will finish the session with a well earned relaxation.
