We are delighted to present the next intake of Prana-Heart Yoga Training, a comprehensive and immersive 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training programme led by senior yoga teachers Carla Hillman-Webster (founder of Prana Yoga Studio) and Maureen Thorpe (founder of The Yoga Barn).
This in-depth course is designed to empower existing yoga teachers to refine their teaching, develop their personal practice, and deepen their understanding of yoga in both its traditional and contemporary forms. Together, Carla and Maureen bring decades of experience, warmth, and wisdom to a programme grounded in integrity, inquiry, and care.
The course is structured over ten in-person modules across the academic year, with additional online study, self-practice, and mentorship, totalling 300 hours. All sessions are designed around the holistic framework of the Pañca Kośa model, encouraging you to grow as a teacher and practitioner across the physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual layers of being.
Upon successful completion, you will be issued a 300-hour YT certificate which can contribute toward senior yoga teacher accreditation.

This training is suitable for any 200-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT), with a preferred minimum of two years’ teaching experience. Whether you're looking to specialise, evolve your voice, or simply return to a deeper sense of practice, this programme is designed to serve both your personal and professional development.
Course fee: £3,000
(Payable in full or in ten monthly instalments of £234, beginning August 2025. A £660 non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of your application.)
Course dates:
Module weekends run once per month from August 2025 to May 2026
(Fridays 11.30am–5pm, Saturdays 8.30am–5pm – full schedule available on request)
