Children's Summer Cake Class - Lego Freakshake

Join me this Summer Holidays for a series of incredible Children's cake and cookie decorating classes - a great way to get creative and learn new skills (and not panic about the clearing up afterwards!)

This a crazy-fun class is insprired by favourite Lego characters and toys in a new version of my legendary Freakshake CAKE class!

In this class we'll be making a cake version of the most fun and fashionable product out there that both boys and girls will love!

This class will feature fun ways of working with edible treats to make a massively over-the-top edible cakeshake in a jar - we will cover the following skills:

Working with chocolate and edible prints to create massive sprinkle-filled jazzies (with a lego theme!)
Working with buttercream - colouring, piping and using different nozzles
Cutting cake
Adding fun extra edible treats
Making sweetie kebabs
Creating a mini chocolate embellishments, including mini models and edible prints
Playing with sprinkles and creating personal sprinkle mixes
Adding sparkle
..and probably quite a lot of eating!!

Each child will go home with their own reusable mason jar glass, decorated in their own style to look like a freakshake and a beautiful spoon to eat it with!
