Mat Pilates 1 Hour Group Class: Align|Balance|Core

We are a community who love Pilates. Experience isn't necessary, Michelle's classes welcome ALL levels - you will work through the levels at your own safe pace. Michelle's will guide you to move your body through a series of controlled, meticulously designed exercises, tailored to strengthen and tone your muscles, mobilise your joints, increase movement efficiency, improve balance, build stamina, improve focus & concentration, promote good posture and ease back pain.

As we near the conclusion of each session, we transition into a soothing stretch, followed by a bonus short guided meditation to refresh and recharge.

All you need to participate is motivation, a mat* and the ability to kneel and rise from the floor independently.
