Community Health Fair

Mount Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church and Carteret Health Care are hosting a Community Health Fair on Saturday, August 23rd from 10 AM until 1 PM. Free screenings include blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, asthma and pulmonary function, hearing, and mental health. Additional information will be provided from Broad Street Clinic with health care for uninsured and low income. Also information on heart health, safe sleep for babies, home health, hospice services and nutrition counseling.
