Minds in Motion is moving to Wednesdays at 1 pm!! This is a program developed by the Alzheimer Society for people experiencing cognitive decline and their caregivers. We are offering it in partnership with the Stettler Recreation Centre. Join us for some light physical activity, cognitive (and fun) games, and time socializing with others on the same journey.
