Adventist Health FREE Sports Physicals

Students of all ages are welcome. Our Sanger team is here to partner with you to make sure your children are healthy to participate in the sports they love.

The sports physicals are completed by an Adventist
Health physician. These services are free. Please bring your insurance cards as we account for what insurances patients we see have. Bring a CIF form for high school sports physicals.
