Grief is a difficult journey, but one that we all travel at some point in our lives. This journey is difficult for anyone, but can be especially difficult when traveling alone. Come and join a group that is supportive, understanding, encouraging, and loving.
There are 14 sessions including an opening meet & greet night, but please feel free to come to any night, even if you have missed some or won't be able to come to some future gatherings.
There is a workbook that is $20, but if the cost presents a hardship for you please let the leader know. In addition to in-class videos, handouts, and lessons, there are also additional online support materials.
