The ASICS Running Club will conduct two weekly sessions:

1) Every Tuesday
2) Every Saturday

These sessions follow professionally structured FUN fitness games and running plans designed to improve your speed, endurance, and overall performance.

These are absolutely FREE sessions.

Training will include:

Speed intervals
Strides
Plyometric workouts for runners
Isometric leg workouts
Stair workouts
HIIT sessions
Tempo runs
