Creatives Ignite is a one-day masterclass and creative skills audit session designed to inspire, equip, and elevate young creatives in Sierra Leone. Hosted by media entrepreneur and creative mentor Nick Asgill, this immersive experience will gather 35 participants aged 18–24 (with a goal of 60/40% gender balance) for a deep dive into emerging trends in the digital creative space.

Objectives:

Introduce participants to new trends and monetizable skills in the digital creative industry.

Identify talent gaps and strengths through a creative skills audit.

Connect young creatives to mentorship, development, and employment opportunities.

Showcase success stories of young Sierra Leonean creatives mentored by Nick Asgill.

Provide 5 participants with a 12-month paid internship and mentorship program.
