Let's kick off the summer by improving your balance and reducing the risk of falls with an 8-week educational series on fall prevention. This education series will include 1/2 hour lecture/group discussion followed by a 1/2 hour of skills and drills. Topics include balance, agility, mobility, and gait drills, practicing getting up from the floor, falls efficacy scale, and home safety assessments, along with speed and reaction drills; plus more!
