Joyful Fitness is a faith-based workout that will train your body, mind, and spirit. The format is referred to "fusion" which means it will include a variety of movement styles such as choreographed cardio, kickboxing, strength, & flexibility. We use drumsticks, hand weights, & mats at different times throughout class. Energizing music will take us through the workout & we close out with a restful time of stretching, meditation, and prayer.
