Have you always wanted to meditate but just don’t know where to start? Had trouble stopping my mind racing? Had trouble sitting still? Can’t find the time?

This four week course will have you experience and access meditation on various levels…even for you, the person who says “I’ve tried but I just can’t”. There are many ways to meditate…and we will explore a few of the strategies and techniques that will help you to explore what works for you.

EXPECT:

To be guided through various techniques which will build your capacity to cultivate a meditation practice to suit you and your particular situation. Expect to explore aspects of visualisation, meditative breathwork, meditative kriya techniques, mantra, Japa practices and contemplation.

To develop your capacity to calm the mind, reduce stress and enhance your overall wellbeing.

To begin your transformative journey to cultivating a more balanced, centered and harmonious life.
