Yoga for Kids

This is a great opportunity for you and your little to engage in intentional and fun movement together!

Alexis, from Mother Nurture and one of our owners, will be leading a 30-minute class that follows a storyline to keep the littles engaged. Time will be allowed at the beginning and end for the kids to explore the play space!
