Mom Fit Course

Join us for the next round of our mom fit course! 🙋‍♀️💕🙃💪 We have a beautiful new location for our mamas to exercise: Warmbronn - Birkenhof Hofladen & Café. The first 8-week block starts on April 30th, and we can't wait to see you there! 👏🏻 We'll have a great time with strength training, fat burning, and a mama and baby treff (meet-up).
