Found kitty

Anyone know who’s handsome kitty this is or where he lives. He’s a well intact male that loves to talk, wants lots attention and is very friendly . He enjoys laying on my deck railing and talking to me. He’s been hanging around my house for the past few weeks in East Rochester. I just want to make sure he’s not lost and has a nice home.
