Sincerely Carly Yoga, Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, and Sunn Juice and Decor are teaming up to bring the Baker City community another free yoga class in the Royal Ballroom.

Brief Organization Overviews by GOBHI, DHS, and CASA (5:45-6:05)
All-Levels Friendly Heart Opening & Stretchy Yoga Class (6:05-7:05)
Reflection Time With Guided Prompts (7:05-7:25)
Following the yoga session is also a great time to ask questions to any of our visiting representatives.
Giveaway!! (7:25-7:30)
One lucky attendee will be given a wellness inspired gift. You must be present to win.
This event is meant for those looking to expand their community involvement. Whether that means becoming a foster parent or simply volunteering a few hours each month, there are several ways to make a positive impact in the lives of children and family within our community.
