ARC Monthly Trail Group Run - June - Baby Bear Loops

So you want to run some trails with other people who are also running that same trail at the same time as you are? This is your golden opportunity. Coldwater Mountain. Coldwater trailhead. We will run a 1.2 mile loop over and over. “Baby Bear”. This is a perfect trail for any person who considers themself a beginner. On a scale of 1-10 trail difficulty, this is a 2/10. (Subjective). This is a perfect trail for a “veteran”. You can do 1 loop. You can do 5 loops. You can do 26 loops(I have). You can walk, hike, run, run a fast lap. You do you. Bring a friend. Being an enemy. All are welcome. ARC paying member or not.

You will park at the very top of the paved road. Your car will be right by the trailhead and can leave whatever you want in there to go get after every lap.

Since it’s 2PM, it will be hot. Bring what you need. Your own electrolytes aren’t necessary for under an hour effort, but, they don’t hurt. I will have water provided if you don’t bring your own. Bring a bottle or reusable cup. No waste.

I will wait up at the 2 intersections that you will cross on the first loop just so everyone knows the route. I personally will do maybe 7-8 loops. Maybe 10. No one knows. Again, it’s easy to do your own thing.
