“Adopt A Stream” Clean-Up Event
Volunteers Needed!!
Saturday 6/28/25 - 9:00-11:30am
We are teaming up with The Yakima Fly Fishers TU Chapter for this Adopt A Stream clean-up on East Branch Wilson Creek with Mid Columbia Fisheries Enhancement Group (MCFEG). This creek section is located on E. Mountain View Ave between the Grand Meridian Cinema and the Fire Station. All are welcome to come and help even if just for a short time. Make it a family event, MCFEG will supply all the gloves, trash bags, grabbers and water for volunteers. We will bring some refreshments, you just need to wear appropriate clothing, like hats, long sleeve shirts and pants, boots, bring bug spray and your own water bottles to fill.
Please consider donating a couple of hours of your time for this very worthy cause and let’s clean up some TRASH!!
